Select All - In Microsoft Word hold down the CONTROL button on the keyboard. Now tap once on the "A" button on the keyboard. All of your text has now been selected. At this point you can change the formatting of all of the text at once by clicking on such keys icons as bold, font size, italics, etc. Now click anywhere on the screen to stop the changes.

CONTROL P - nothing to do with bladders. In most Microsoft Office programs hold down the CONTROL button on the keyboard. Now tap once on the "P" button. This is the same as clicking on the  Print icon on the toolbar. You will be given an opportunity to select what will be printed and how many copies will be printed.

UNFREEZE - If your computer locks up you might be able to unfreeze it by using the Ctrl, ALT, and DELETE keys on the keyboard. Hold down CONTROL and ALT. Now tap on the delete key once. When the "Close Program" dialog box appears use your mouse to click on the program that has frozen up your computer, Now click on "Close Program". This will shut down the problematic program. You will probably lose any unsaved data in that most recently used file. Save your input often!
